I am a warm and empathic clinician and always aim to develop a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients. We would work collaboratively together to help you make meaningful changes in your life. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is often one of the most important vehicles for change. I provide a safe, supportive, confidential space to help us make sense of the difficulties you are experiencing. I understand that speaking to someone may feel daunting. Hence I offer a free 30 minute discovery session to explore whether we can work well together and you can ask me questions about my approach to therapy and about a therapeutic process.

My approach to therapy is integrative, which means I draw on the number of different approaches tailored to individual needs and encourage clients to view therapy as a partnership rather than seeing me as an expert. I am a great believer that one size does not fit all and each individual presenting to therapy is unique. Clinical Psychologists are trained in many different psychological approaches which means we are able to use many therapeutic tools that are best suited to helping you make meaningful changes in your life.
